SIMA 2024 closes with record figures, surpassing 19,000 visitors, a 19% increase compared to 2023. The event featured the participation of more than 3,000 companies, including exhibitors, professionals, and partners. International representation covered 17 countries, with Panama as the guest country. A program with more than 70 conference sessions and nearly 210 speakers addressed key topics such as affordable housing, investment, coliving, senior living, and real estate technology.
