Ambassador Juan Bolívar Diaz visited the SIMA 2024 Fair, where he toured to establish contact with Dominican companies present and offered his support during their stay in Spain.

After 25 editions, SIMA is the benchmark real estate event in Spain and was held from May 22 to 25 at IFEMA Madrid. The Dominican companies showcasing their real estate investment project portfolios at SIMA 2024 were: Algonovo Real Estate, ALARE Real Estate Investment, Cap Cana, Civilmek, Dolce Vita Luxury Properties, Dominican Properties, Eco Investments Inmobiliaria, Grupo 7Palms, Gold Reef Properties, Langa Group, Lissette Delmonte Infinity Group, Noriega Group, Noval Properties, Premium Real Estate, PaisnatuRD, and State All Inmobiliaria.

With this level of participation, the Dominican Republic is, for the third consecutive year, the country in the Americas with the highest number of companies exhibiting at SIMA 2024, with a total of 15.

The Ambassador attended the fair accompanied by Mr. Jose Manuel Vargas D’Oleo, Commercial Counselor, and Colonel Anyolí Ceballos, Defense, Military, Naval, Air, and Police Attaché of this diplomatic mission.
